Style + Spirit tee, Style + Spirit hoodie, Joe's boyfriend jeans, Vince Camuto sandals

I recently spent the weekend down in Santa Cruz with my girlfriend, Natalie, checking out the monthly flea market. While I usually have better luck Sparkhuntin’ on the East Coast, I’m still always up for a hunt. Natalie recently started a graphic apparel company, Style + Spirit (which is where my t-shirt & hoodie are from). I could not agree more with her vision that fashion and meaning can live in harmony.

Not only am I passionate about vintage jewelry but, I’m also a believer in sharing the Spark. Meaning that what you give to this world, you will get. And, I choose to Give Love, who’s with me?

For those of you that don’t already know, Sweet & Spark originated as a lifestyle blog about 4 ½ years ago. In order to re-launch into a vintage jewelry company, I decided to stop the original blog. Since then, I’ve missed having an outlet to share what I’m learning along this entrepreneurial journey and experiment with newly learned creative skills.

Over the past few years, I’ve been so focused on teaching myself the fundamentals of building a business through trial, error and a whole lot of hustle that I’ve forgotten to take the time to celebrate my spirit too. While I still don’t know what tomorrow will bring, the reality is that nobody does.

There’s so much I want to share with this community, both about jewelry and being a self-funded entrepreneur. In my mind, they’re not necessarily a natural fit but I don’t care, I know that if I follow my gut, it will lead me right where I need to be.

Thank you for being a fellow believer that anything is possible. What would you like to know more about? I’d love to hear any ideas you have for the blog in the comments below!
