Worldwide shipping is FREE for all orders over $75! California residents are subject to sales tax, included at checkout. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

In order to ensure your vintage jewels arrive quickly and without shipping damages, we ship all items in an insured box. With this in mind, domestic orders under $75 are shipped at a cost of $3 for 7-10 day first class, or $6 for 2-3 day priority.

International orders over $75 are shipped FREE via first class mail, which may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. International orders under $75 are shipped at a flat cost of $6 for first class mail. To Australia, first class orders usually arrive within 7-14 days. Customs and duties are paid for by the customer upon delivery. Additional information on international orders:

+ AUS orders under $1,000 AUD are exempt from duties and taxes.
+ UK charges 0-17% duty and 0-20% VAT, but orders below £135 are exempt from duty and below £15 are exempt from VAT.
+ Most orders to Canada are exempt from duties and taxes. Depending on the province, for any orders greater than CAD $20, sales tax can range from 5% to 15%.

 

    Orders are shipped out daily from San Francisco, CA. You can upgrade to expedited shipping at the final stage of checkout. Once your order is on it's way, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

    For local, San Francisco based customers, we're happy to schedule a pick-up or drop-off within 12-48 hours of your purchase. Email hello@sweetandspark.com to coordinate now.

     

    RETURNS:

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@sweetandspark.com and we'll be happy to return for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, we can only offer store credit.

    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that you have been refunded. Refunds generally take 2-3 days to process. You will be responsible for the necessary shipping costs back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages that happen during the return process.

     

    GIFTS:

    Each piece of jewelry is shipped in a velour pouch with a tag indicating the decade it originated from and the price. To conserve paper, we do not include billing information in the order. If you would like us to remove the price from the tag and include a sweet note, just leave the information in the order notes!
