Our Vintage Authentication Process: Hermès Scarves
OUR VINTAGE AUTHENTICATION PROCESS: HERMÈS SCARVES
We've been collecting vintage accessories for almost a decade now and are experts in vintage authentication. While there is no one formal way to authenticate vintage, we stand behind every piece in our collection, backed by our 30 day return policy. We absolutely adore collecting vintage and treasuring them forever. It's important to us that you love your spark as much as we do!
The french luxury fashion house, Hermès, is one of the oldest and most valuable luxury companies in the world today, mostly known for their Birkin/Kelly bags and legendary silk scarves. All of the scarves in their collection are manufactured in France and each one takes up to 18 months to complete due to the luxury craftsmanship of silk-handscreening. On average, each scarf has up to 27 different colors! No wonder an Hermés scarf is often worthy of framing as artwork for your wall.
Our vintage Hermès scarf collection is full of hard to come by floral prints and pastel colors from the 1960s and 1970s. Today's Hermès scarves are much more vibrant in color and design. One of the most notable design details on these vintage scarves is the forward facing hand rolled hems and heavier weight twill silk fabrics.
